When we began our home search in West Michigan, Mary was always available to show us houses with very short notice. When we had to temporarily suspend our search and return to Texas, Mary would look at houses in our stead and convey her thoughts about them using her years of expertise in real estate. I contacted Mary when I was ready to purchase a home. She connected me with a mortage lender and helped with the pre-approval. I told her I was looking for a condo that would allow large dogs. She gave me information on some open houses and also told me to keep my options open. I went and looked at several condos that I liked, but after looking at the condos I decided I would not like living in one. She had me go look at a little berm house on the northwest side of Grand Rapids. I liked the house right away. Mary did set up some other appointments for a couple of other houses, but I decided on the bern house. She made an appointment for us to go thru the house together and answered all my questions. We made an offer on the house that night and it was accepted the next day.

When we had the inspections the inspector questioned why we did not duct work for our furnace. We were surprised about that. The next day Mary contacted a builder of bern homes from Gaylord Mi and found out that we did not need ducting. The entire space under the house is a heat plenum. That is what makes the house so energy efficient.

Mary kept me up to date on the closing process and when we had our closing everything went very smooth.

I would highly recommend Mary as an agent. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She is very patient and answers all of your questions. If she does not know the answer she finds it out for you. If I would need to sell or buy a house again I would call Mary.
